Streamline PaintballSM, LLC offers multiple products and services directly and indirectly related to paintball. Any sale made, whether it is a product or a service, is final as we do not offer returns or exchanges of a different product/service. Services All projects we get approved by clients must be paid on the the work to date if such project is cancelled. Clients/Customers agree to pay for the service rendered up to the date & time of a cancelled project. Upon cancellation of a project, full payment must be made within 15 days of invoice the invoice. Failure to comply with these terms may result in an additional interest added to the invoiced payment, at the discretion of Streamline Paintball. Upon the submission of a project, Streamline Paintball will communicate with you to provide a project proposal for approval. Depending on the project, an initial down payment (agreed upon in proposal) must be received prior to any work started. Products All products we offer are non-refundable unless they are dramatically different than what was originally ordered. If such is the case, we must be notified either by e-mail or phone that this is the case within 15 days of order delivery. Streamline Paintball will work with you in conjuction with the order to resolve the issue. We do not offer any warranty on our products unless otherwise stated.
